The Commission of Inquiry set up to look into the process of Special Agricultural Business Leases is waiting for the formation of a the government to formalize its recommendations. The Commission has conducted an extensive study and cross examination of the parties involved. There findings are expected to define three categories, those that are fraudulent and those that are legitimate, the third category is expected to be those SABLs that are unclear and needing further investigation before defining as legitimate or fraudulent . At Canopy Watch we have compiled as many of the transcripts as we can currently access and have put them into the public domain. The dates of the hearing are listed, please note that while dates identify the hearing that have taken place, we have noticed that there is occasionally a cross over with regards the SABL number being discussed.
